Ek342 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms

By accessing or using the ek342 platform via https://ek342.com or any related application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and ek342 (the platform operator). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.

Users must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction, to use ek342's services. This platform is not intended for minors, and ek342 reserves the right to reject or terminate any account found to be in breach of the minimum age requirement.

To access ek342's full range of services, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All information submitted during registration must be truthful, and users bear full responsibility for its accuracy.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account username and password confidential. ek342 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the ek342 support team immediately through the available channels on the platform.

Users agree to use the ek342 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms set out herein. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, system manipulation, or any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek342 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or operate the platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security and integrity of the platform's systems.
• Spreading false information, deceiving other users, or engaging in any form of fraud.
• Transferring, selling, or assigning an account to another party without written consent from ek342.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian laws or regulations.

Ek342 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities, should any of the above rules be violated.

All financial transactions on the ek342 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made using the payment methods available on the platform, including online banking via FPX and supported e-wallets.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and that the funds deposited are legitimately theirs. ek342 reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction deemed suspicious or unusual.

Withdrawal of winnings will be processed in accordance with the procedures and timeframes set by the platform. First-time withdrawals require successful identity verification before processing can take place. ek342 is not liable for delays caused by factors outside the platform's control, such as bank processing delays or third-party payment system disruptions.

Deposits cannot be reversed once a transaction has been successfully confirmed. Users are advised to review all transaction details carefully before confirming any payment.

Ek342 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fit for any particular purpose. ek342 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Ek342 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:

• The user has breached any of the terms in this document.
• Account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Registration information found to be inaccurate or false.
• User found to be below the minimum required age.
• At the user's own request for account closure.

Account balances suspended due to fraud or terms violations may not be returned, subject to investigations conducted by ek342 and/or the relevant authorities.

All content, logos, designs, software, text, and visual elements on the ek342 platform are owned by or licensed to ek342, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without explicit written permission from ek342.

The ek342 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and ek342 does not endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party websites.

Ek342 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
